About the Role

AuraData Inc. is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative to support our continued growth and commitment to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client experience. This part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives working in a structured, process-driven environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in providing exceptional support to clients and partners.

The successful candidate will be client focused, comfortable working with technology-enabled systems, and motivated by contributing to a purpose driven organization where accountability and continuous improvement are core to how we operate. Key Responsibilities

Client Experience and Retention

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both French and English within the defined service levels.
  • Deliver a consistently positive, clear, professional client experience with clients, post-secondary institutions, and internal team members.
  • Identify and escalate issues or discrepancies to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Represent AuraData Inc.’s brand values in every interaction, reinforcing reliability, and responsiveness.

Operational Excellence and Quality

  • Enter, verify, and update customer and institutional information accurately in AuraData Inc.’s system.
  • Attend weekly stand-ups to help escalate, resolve and strategize on deliverables. Providing insight to outstanding issues and improvements. Raising trends, patterns and resolutions to help the entire team improve efficiencies.
  • Review and process education verification requests with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, adhering to AuraData Inc.’s retention and zero error standards.
  • Maintain and follow compliance with AuraData’s privacy and data security standards, following SOC and other company procedures.

Technology & Process Management

  • Actively use and support adoption of new technology tools and system enhancements as required.
  • Follow standardized procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fully bilingual in French and English (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and data entry, working in compliance or regulated technological environments.
  • Quality mindset, with experience in error prevention and client retention.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, with professional and client-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and escalation awareness.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in structured, technology-enable environments and adapting to new systems, tools, and process automation.
  • Proficient with computers, email communication, and data management tools.
  • Must have reliable internet and dedicated workspace
